Our Story

Banjo is the heart behind Banjo’s Raw Pantry.
 
Like a lot of dog owners, we want to feel good about what goes into his bowl. Raw feeding became part of Banjo’s routine, and over time we found blends we loved for their simple ingredients, variety of animal proteins, and straightforward approach to raw feeding.
What started as simply feeding our own dog eventually became something bigger.
 
How Banjo’s Raw Pantry Started
 
Banjo’s Raw Pantry wasn’t originally something we planned to start.
We had been purchasing Banjo’s raw food locally and were really happy with the blends we were feeding him. When the company we purchased from decided to close for personal reasons, we were given the opportunity to continue supplying the food locally.
We didn’t want to lose access to the blends we already enjoyed feeding Banjo — and we knew other local dog owners didn’t either.
 
So, in 2026, Banjo’s Raw Pantry was born.
 
Today, we offer two simple raw blends made with quality meats, organ meats, bone, fresh pickerel and cooked eggs, conveniently packaged in frozen 1 lb blocks.

We believe raw feeding doesn’t need to feel complicated. Our goal is to provide local dog owners with a convenient source of straightforward raw food made with simple, recognizable ingredients.

Banjo’s Raw Pantry started because we wanted to keep feeding our own dog food we felt good about — and make those same blends easily available to other dogs in our community.
We’re a small, local business, and that’s something we’re proud of.
